Brand Sprint
Define your brand before you brief a designer.

THE CHALLENGE
Your positioning might already be clear. Your brand still isn't.
Your website says one thing. Your pitch deck says another. Your team improvises the rest, because nobody ever defined your brand's personality, tone, or archetype in the first place.
That's not a messaging problem. It's a missing foundation.
Without it, every new designer, every new hire, every new piece of content starts from a different guess.
THE SOLUTION: Define Your Brand Before You Brief a Designer
The Brand Sprint runs three weeks, four sessions.
I start with your story: what led you to build this, what you believe about the problem that others in your category don't, what you won't compromise on. Not competitor analysis. Your own reasoning.
From there, I build your positioning into a brand personality, a tone of voice, and a messaging hierarchy your whole team can use the same way.
By the end, you have a Brand Strategy Document. Not a deck that sits in a folder. A working reference your team opens before every new piece of content, every new hire's onboarding, every brief you hand a designer.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Week 1: Discovery
Two 90-minute sessions with your founding team
Your founder story, vision, and market perspective
A competitive landscape review, to differentiate, not to copy
A read of your current positioning and where it's inconsistent
Week 2: Strategy Development
One 90-minute session
Your brand positioning framework
Brand personality and tone of voice defined
Your ideal customer profile sharpened
Week 3: Delivery and Alignment
One 90-minute session
A 15 to 20 page Brand Strategy Document: positioning statement, brand personality framework, tone of voice guidelines with examples, messaging hierarchy, and direction for your website, pitch deck, and sales conversations
A team alignment session, so everyone leaves telling the same story
WHO THIS IS FOR
You completed the GTM Blueprint and it surfaced a branding gap
You already have clear positioning, but your brand identity, tone, or visual system hasn't caught up to it
Your team gives different answers when someone asks what makes you different
You're about to brief a designer and have nothing solid to hand them
NOT FOR YOU IF
You haven't done the GTM Readiness Assessment or defined your positioning yet. Start there, that's the prerequisite for this.
You're looking for the actual design work: logo, website build, visual execution. I define the foundation. A designer builds from it.
You're pre-product, without market feedback yet. This defines your brand, not your product's fit.
INVESTMENT & NEXT STEPS

FAQ
Do I need the GTM Blueprint first?
Not necessarily. If your positioning is already solid and the gap is specifically your brand identity, tone, or messaging, you can start here directly.
Will you also do the visual design?
No. I define the positioning, personality, tone of voice, and messaging hierarchy. A designer takes that foundation and builds the logo, website, and visual system from it.
How is this different from a rebrand?
A rebrand usually starts with visuals. This starts with what's true about your business, then defines the words and personality before anyone touches a design file
