Mayak Marketing (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a marketing strategy consultancy providing business strategy and marketing advisory services. We operate the website www.mayakmarketing.com (the “Site”) and offer marketing strategy content, resources, and client services through this Site.

2. Services Provided

We offer marketing strategy consulting, including but not limited to:

  •  1:1 strategy sessions

  • digital or virtual workshops

  • marketing audits

  • written reports, recommendations, and plans

  • potential online products such as downloadable resources or templates

We may update or expand our services at any time.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings for services must be confirmed in writing or via our online booking system.

  • Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments in Danish Krone (DKK), Euro (EUR), and British Pounds (GBP).

  • Prices will be displayed in the relevant local currency for each country site once the platform is active there.

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT, as our services are provided to business clients (B2B).

  • If you wish to arrange an in-person meeting at a physical location, this can be arranged upon agreement. In such cases, reasonable travel expenses (transportation and, if applicable, accommodation for overnight stays) will be paid by the client in addition to the consulting fees.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • If we cancel or reschedule a service, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no cost.

  • For in-person meetings, any non-refundable travel or accommodation costs already incurred by us before a cancellation will be deducted from any refund.

5. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer under Danish law and EU consumer directives, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases of digital services not yet delivered. Once service delivery starts with your agreement (e.g., consulting begins within the cancellation period), you agree to waive that 14-day right, as allowed by Danish law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, templates, guides, and workshop content provided by us are our intellectual property. You may use them only for your internal business or personal purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit our materials without our written permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information during consultations

  • attend sessions on time

  • participate actively and honestly

  • respect the agreed scope of work

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if your behavior is unreasonable or harmful.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mayak Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results, as business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Privacy & Data

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. You access such sites at your own risk.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Denmark, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection regulations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the new version on this website. By continuing to use the website or services after changes, you accept the revised Terms.
